Tough, so tough. 1. The Irresponsible Captain Tylor 2. Trigun 3. Gintama 4. Code Geass 5. Steins;Gate Honorable mention to Kenshin. Sadly after 62 eps the show went downhill hard. Honorable mention to Darker than Black. Season 2 was bad. Honorable mention to Black Butler. Same as DTB, S2 was so bad that it doesn't exist D: Honorable mention to Sword Art Online. I felt this was too rushed though. Honorable mention to Puella Magi Madoka Magica. This show was so sad, I love it but so sad  |

I hate choosing favorite but these are 5 anime I like, they're not in any particular order, it just came out as it is.
1: hellsing ultimate
2: fullmetal alchemist brotherhood
3: mirai nikki
4: gunxsword
5: tengen toppa gurren lagann
btw I only chose anime that I felt have a satisfying ending
runner ups: shokugeki no souma, beelzebub, black lagoon, jormungand, assassination classroom (most of these are manga which I hope will have a series soon)

A lot of the Anime I watch is heavily based on their music choice and the storyline. Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop are huge for me because of the unique music they mixed with the style and the story.

I don't like Vocaloid as much as most people, I enjoy some though. The things I really enjoyed about those shows was the beautiful pieces they churned out, I'll give you an example from a couple that I enjoyed.

Hellsing Ultimate. Who needs a plot when Nazi Vampires.
Sola. So nice, I cried.
Madoka. Episode 3. Nuff said.
High School of the Dead. It's trash. Absolute trash. But all the boobs and violence make up for it.
Accel World. Strictly better than SA:O.
Samurai Champloo. So good. NUJABES FOR THE FUCKING WIN.
Gurren Laugan. ROW ROW, FIGHT DA POWA.

I wanted to love it, but the only character I liked showed up for about 10 min total across all the eps. Fuko showed up for almost no time -Hellsing Ultimate was okay, but original was way better. -High School of the Dead was perhaps THE WORST ANIME made so far, the manga was even worse. Like Kuchu Buranko was better. That's how bad it was. -Samurai Champloo was good, but I wouldn't put it in top 5 good. |
