There should be an "About us" thread under news or a new sub topic or thread on the home page. As someone who has not been here from the beginning, I am kinda lost as to when or where you guys meet, who any officers are, etc. Should be locked(admin/mod access only) and sticky'd.
I am happy to write and/or moderate/update it if needed assuming I am provided with necessary info.

Well we technically only officially became a club as of today and haven't actually had a meeting yet xD
Will keep you, the people reading this, updated when we know ourselves (we kinda do but I'll let pres take care of that). I'm just an admin after all.

Congrats on getting us official! Now that we are official, I am assuming that there is some sort of hierarchy, which might be useful to have posted somewhere. It makes it easy to figure out who to talk to when you need something. Thats great that you will keep me informed, but you can avoid lots of headache when everyone is on the same page. When I get around to making the actual site I will be sure to throw in an about us page just for our readers/visitors.
