Updated

Now it's time for your Admin's Patch Notes:

-Updated the boards orders and topics and edited the descriptions. Also removed some useless ones.
(Hopefully this makes things more organized and more accessible.)
-Removed the complaints thread and board
(It was empty anyway)
-Reset my password
(Apparently the password is not always swordfish or loli)
-Moved people's topics around.
(Hopefully for the last time)
-Finally opened the voting for day of week.
