Hello again everyone, the day has been chosen to be THURSDAY. All that's left is to pick the time to hold it. We need to decide on this before the end of next week so that we can get the room we want before any other group does (the student council room 5305, next to the bookstore), and also so we can get a head start on next semester's meetings.  Please choose the time you want the meeting to start. Length of the meeting can be discussed, but aim for it being the same 3 hours. Keep in mind that we need to end the meetings at or before 5:00pm (that's the latest we can turn in the key to the room). If you have any suggestions or ideas post 'em here and we'll discuss at the next meeting. |

I should have made this thread and put in the WAY TOO EARLY option then had the next option as noon. Bad life choices on my part involving time scheduling though. Oh well...

[ 3ard edit] I changed my schedule. I can do 1 now. I have from 12:20-1:50ish available since I doubt it will take me too long to get to the 6300's. But as it stands I'm taking a lot of hard to schedule around classes. 1 of them is only offered 1 time slot and it's a hard time slot to work around. Then it doesn't help that there is only 1 trig class that works with my schedule.

Our meetings are on Thursdays (during the fall and spring semesters) at 2:00 until 4:30. 4:30-4:50 is clean-up time. SourceEdit: I'll be updating this more, and will add a place to view the minutes of our meetings. Just check there though if you need to know where/when meetings will be held. -The Admin |
